The location was convenient, just minutes from the city center and across from a busy shopping complex with a Tesco. Breakfast options were delightful, ranging from full English to fresh fruit, making it a treat to start the day. the breakfast area could get crowded during peak times, and the lack of a lift might pose an inconvenience for some guests. The staff, especially Gillian, added a personal touch, enhancing the overall experience.

Room was super spacious with a comfortable seating area and a flat-screen TV. Shower facilities were modern with great water pressure. Great value for a comfy stay!

I spent a few nights here and it was fab! The bed was super comfy, and I loved the full Ulster breakfast—so tasty! They got a games room with snooker and ping pong, which was a blast! The only hiccup was the WiFi refusing to let my laptop connect, but everything else was solid.
